Founder of  Vannini & Associates, he is former President & CEO of Fiat Usa Inc, where he was responsible for Corporate Communications and institutional relations for the Group in North America, also providing for strategic consultancy and business development services for 21 operating companies in North America. In Europe, as Group Product Manager of Cinzano Spa, he was responsible for strategic marketing.  He spent two years in India as Deputy General Manager Sesa/Seat (Stet Group).
